        • We deliver to residential and commercial addresses across Singapore.<\/li>\n
        • Deliveries to offshore islands and restricted areas are not available at this time.<\/li>\n

          Return & Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

          We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes things just don\u2019t work out. Here\u2019s how to handle returns and refunds:<\/p>\n

          1. Unopened Items<\/strong>\n

            • Return unopened items within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund of the original purchase price. Shipping charges and applied discount codes will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return postage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Opened Items<\/strong>\n

              • Return opened items within 30 days of the invoice date for a partial refund equivalent to the price of the smallest unit available for that product.<\/li>\n
              • Example<\/em>: If you purchase a 500-gram bag of White Ginger Powder and wish to return it after opening, you will receive a refund equivalent to the price of the smallest unit we offer for that product. Shipping charges and applied discounts will not be refunded.<\/li>\n
              • Wholesale quantities are not eligible for this policy. Unopened, unaltered returns for wholesale orders will receive a full refund, excluding shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Return Process<\/strong>\n

                • Contact our Customer Support team with your name, order number, product name, and photo(s) of the item to initiate the return process.<\/li>\n

                  • Do not discard the product(s) before contacting us.<\/li>\n
                  • Do not ship the product(s) back without our approval.<\/li>\n

                              • Subscriptions involve repeat deliveries based on your selected duration and frequency. Payment details are securely stored, and charges will apply for each scheduled delivery unless prepaid.<\/li>\n
                              • To cancel or change your subscription, use the links in your confirmation email or log in to your account. Some subscriptions may auto-renew; cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
