Delivery Information
- Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 1-7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery (subject to additional charges).
- Delivery Charges.
- Free shipping for orders above SGD 77.
- A flat rate of SGD 5 applies to orders below SGD 77.
- Delivery Areas
- We deliver to residential and commercial addresses across Singapore.
- Deliveries to offshore islands and restricted areas are not available at this time.
- At this juncture, EnergoHarvest do not deliver internationally.
Return & Refund Policy
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s how to handle returns and refunds:
- Unopened Items
- Return unopened items within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund of the original purchase price. Shipping charges and applied discount codes will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return postage.
- Opened Items
- Return opened items within 30 days of the invoice date for a partial refund equivalent to the price of the smallest unit available for that product.
- Example: If you purchase a 500-gram bag of White Ginger Powder and wish to return it after opening, you will receive a refund equivalent to the price of the smallest unit we offer for that product. Shipping charges and applied discounts will not be refunded.
- Wholesale quantities are not eligible for this policy. Unopened, unaltered returns for wholesale orders will receive a full refund, excluding shipping.
- Return Process
- Contact our Customer Support team with your name, order number, product name, and photo(s) of the item to initiate the return process.
- Important:
- Do not discard the product(s) before contacting us.
- Do not ship the product(s) back without our approval.
- Include photos of the expiration date, lot stamp, and any packaging damage.
- Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method.
- Other Retailer Returns
- If you purchased our products from one of our retail partners, please work directly with them for returns or exchanges.
- Non-Negotiable Terms
- These terms are final and will be enforced at the discretion of EnergoHarvest.com. Customer service will not investigate order disputes past the 30-day grace period.
Cancellation Policy
- One-Time Purchases
- Submit cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase via email at support@ashreigateway.com or the Contact Us form. Requests do not guarantee cancellation due to fast processing times.
- Subscriptions
- Subscriptions involve repeat deliveries based on your selected duration and frequency. Payment details are securely stored, and charges will apply for each scheduled delivery unless prepaid.
- To cancel or change your subscription, use the links in your confirmation email or log in to your account. Some subscriptions may auto-renew; cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
Exchange Policy
We strive for your satisfaction. If you need an exchange, please review the guidelines below:
- Damaged or Faulty Items
- Contact support@ashreigateway.com immediately upon receiving a damaged or faulty item. A replacement will be provided free of charge.
- Exchanges for Different Items
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase for product exchanges. Items must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost; we cover shipping for replacement items.
- Wholesale Orders
- A 10% restocking fee applies to returned wholesale products to cover administrative costs.
- Customer Responsibility
- Insure returned packages and use traceable shipping options to avoid loss. EnergoHarvest.com is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Reporting Issues
- Notify us of any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery at support@ashreigateway.com. Include your order number and photos of the item.
- Resolution Options
- Based on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
