At Absolute AV Pte Ltd, we strive to ensure that all products delivered meet your expectations. Returns are accepted strictly under the conditions outlined below.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You have received an incorrect item; or
  • The product delivered is defective or damaged upon receipt (subject to verification).

1.2 General Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, all the following conditions must be met:

  • Valid proof of purchase (original invoice) is provided.
  • The product is in brand new, unused condition.
  • Items are returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • All original contents are included, such as:
    • Accessories
    • User manuals
    • Warranty cards
    • Certificates (if applicable)
    • Complimentary items or bundled gifts
  • Return request is submitted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Products with missing components or damaged packaging
  • Special order, customised, or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Returns due to change of mind

1.4 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contactus@absoluteav.com.sg with:
    • Order / Invoice number
    • Description of issue
    • Supporting photos (if applicable)
  2. Our Customer Service team will review and verify your request.
  3. Upon approval, instructions for return or exchange will be provided.

Important Notes:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping costs unless the error is due to Absolute AV Pte Ltd.

1.5 Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Absolute AV Pte Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return that does not meet the stated conditions
  • Determine the final eligibility for exchange or replacement

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

2.3 Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery will be arranged to the address provided at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring access for delivery (e.g., site readiness, permits if required).
  • Any failed delivery due to incorrect details or access issues may result in additional charges.

2.4 Delays & Liability

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, Absolute AV Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • External logistics providers
  • Customs clearance (if applicable)
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
